Comcast drops its bid for Fox

The company will focus on Europe with the acquisition of Sky instead..

In a swap that would be perfect for a TV show, Disney gets its long-awaited for acquisition of Fox while Comcast might want to swap that for the stake owned by Fox in Sky..  as Fox in fact owns 39% of the European broadcaster.
